We will expand our due diligence to include Tier 2 and lower-tier suppliers, embedding our ethical standards deeper into raw material and component sourcing.
Assessing Effectiveness
No instances of forced or child labour have been identified to date. Going forward, effectiveness will be evaluated by tracking KPI metrics (percentage of employees trained, suppliers audited, contracts with anti-slavery clauses), periodic policy reviews, and annual governance reviews by the Board of Directors.
