Termination & Suspension

Purchasing Process & Payment
Submitting an order creates an obligation for the User to pay the stated price, taxes, and applicable delivery fees. Payments are processed via secure third-party platforms (including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or Shopify checkout).
Ownership of ordered Products remains with the Owner until the total purchase price is received in full.
Offers, Discounts & Coupons
Coupons or promotional discounts are granted at the Owner’s sole discretion and must be redeemed within the specified timeframe. Coupons cannot be accumulated or used partially unless explicitly stated.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Unless statutory exceptions apply, Users are eligible to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of taking physical possession of the goods without specifying any reason.
In addition to statutory rights, the Owner grants a contractual withdrawal period extension up to 30 days under equal conditions.

7. Liability & Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner’s liability for damages in connection with contract execution is limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.
Users agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless against third-party claims arising from culpable violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the Owner is based (British Columbia, Canada), without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory higher consumer protection standards of the User’s country of residence shall prevail where applicable.
Users are encouraged to contact the Owner directly to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings. Complaints will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
